Breeding and quality

Using our off site breeding facility and careful disinfection controls we introduced this new line of goldfsh onto the farm in 2018. It takes several years to establish a new biosecure line but we now have the broodstock to ensure a continuity of supply of the full ranges of sizes from 2-3” to ex broodstock.

Colours and patterns

The canary is an extremely robust, deep bodied variety of goldfish with spectacular yellow pigmentation. The occasional one is glass pigmented or carries some black or silver pigment.
